WVU Hub Streamlines Student Services Across Campuses | Electronic News

The University has created a Student Services Center to streamline student services for all things finance (financial aid, scholarships, billing, etc.) in the WVU system.

While services have been available since the beginning of this year, a soft opening of new physical locations is taking place this week at WVU Tech in Beckley and Potomac State College in Keyser. WVU Hub services are also available on the Morgantown campus and for WVU Online. These hubs will be fully functional and ready to receive students and parents from August 11.

All WVU Hub employees are trained to support students on any campus. Students can open a ticket online, over the phone, or by visiting the WVU hub on any campus.

“We wanted to make the student experience easier and more convenient,” said Assistant Vice President of Student Financial Services Sandra Oerly-Bennett. “Students from any of our campuses can now travel to any of the hubs and receive assistance as information is shared across campuses.”
