The position

The Student Services Manager manages the student services team, administering the student lifecycle from application to graduation, as well as providing student enrollment guidance and support expenses.

What you bring to the role

You will have proven team management experience in student administration in a higher education environment, with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment, including HESA, TEQSA standards, ESOS law and the National Code. You know how to count, you are comfortable using Excel and can produce accurate reports on registrations, retention and evaluation. You will also be able to use your own initiative, make decisions and prioritize the workload of Student Services team members in a high volume environment.
