If you have a question, you can find the answer in our FAQ or on the student web pages, where you can also change your password, update your personal details and request a replacement ID card, certificate housing tax exemption or a letter of student status. You can also find comprehensive information on renewing your visa and student financial support. If you need to make an appointment with an immigration or financial advisor, please email [email protected] and we will respond to you as soon as possible after the service reopens at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24.

Students with scheduled appointments will receive their normal support.
Career and Employability Resources
The Careers Center will be closed, but you can still access a wide range of webinars, resources and online tools through MyCareerHub.
Rooms and accommodation Unilet
In an emergency, students should contact their lobby reception as usual if they need to report a problem with their accommodation. Students at Unilet or a fully managed LettingsBU property should contact Poole House reception on 01202 965001. For all other inquiries please email [email protected] and the team will respond when they return.
SportBU will be open as usual, but will close at 4 p.m.
faith and reflection will be open as normal, although there is no chaplain on duty.
