We invite you to complete a survey on your level of satisfaction with the services provided by the University, your experiences with academic and career counselling, the New Student Seminar (GNED 199), working with peer mentors and your sense of belonging to Montclair State.

The Center for Education and Human Services Research and Evaluation (CREEHS) at Montclair State University is conducting a program evaluation of Project Advising 2025: Creating a Network of Coordinated Care for Student Success. As part of the overall assessment, we are inviting Montclair State undergraduate students to complete a survey for a chance to win $100.00

This survey is voluntary. It will take 5-15 minutes to complete. You will not be asked to identify yourself by name. Your decision to participate or not will not affect your relationship with Montclair State or any of your courses.

At the end of the survey, you will be directed to an external link where you can provide your name and email address to be entered into the draw for a $100.00 Amazon Gift Card. This data will be stored separately and cannot be connected to your survey responses.
