The UBC campus in Vancouver is open while the majority of programs are online until February 7. Student services will continue to be offered in-person and online to support students on campus and learning remotely.

Accessibility shuttle
The UBC Accessibility Shuttle is available for people who have temporary or permanent conditions that impact their mobility. The shuttle will resume service on February 7.
Athletics and recreation
Fitness centers will reopen on January 20 in response to current provincial health orders. Intramural leagues will have a delayed start date. The aquatic center, the tennis center, the ice rink and the free sports remain open. UBC Recreation continues to host a number of online programs and courses to support your well-being.
Accessibility Center
The Center for Accessibility is open and will provide services in person, online via Zoom or by phone.
Community Learning Center
Connect to the Center for Community Engaged Learning for virtual and in-person programs with community partners, including Reading Week internships.
Student Engagement and Career Center
The CSI&C is open for appointments and appointments for Career Counseling and Peer Career Coaches Monday through Friday, available online or in person. All workshops and webinars will be held online during the month of January.
Consulting Services
Counseling services offer in-person and virtual appointments and online group counseling programs. Please call Counseling Services at 604-822-3811 to schedule an appointment, available Monday through Friday.
Registration Services Advisory Center
Enrollment Services Advisors are available in person or online Monday through Friday. Visit the Registration Services Advice Center at Brock Hall for in-person service.
First Nations Learning House
The First Nations Longhouse is closed until at least February 7 and programming is limited to activities that can be done remotely.

Go global
Go Global is offering virtual reception hours through February 4 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. PST and 1-3:30 p.m. PST via Zoom. Virtual walk-in counseling is also available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Lodging
Residences and dining halls are open while most classes remain online. Students who have questions about their residence contract should consult Student Housing’s COVID-19 FAQ.

Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO)
SVPRO takes requests in person by appointment. Same-day appointments are available, but walk-in visits are not recommended due to COVID-19 safety concerns. Call 604-822-1588 Monday through Friday to discuss your options.
Student Health Service
Appointments with the Student Health Service are being offered to BC students primarily by phone and video during this time. In-person services are available when needed. The Orchard Commons Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., by appointment only.
Student Recovery Community
The student recovery community hosts in-person and online meetings and walk-in office hours. Follow their Instagram (@recovery_ubc) for service updates.
UBC Bookstore
The UBC Bookstore is open on campus from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Wellness Center
The Wellness Center Information Desk is open for in-person or virtual tours. The IBPOC Mentors and Wellness Center Sexual Health Shop operates online only.
