Filing of documents

There is a drop box outside the front door of the Office of International Affairs in the Enarson Classroom building. You can drop documents, such as employment verification letters, into the box at any time. You will receive an email to schedule a pickup appointment after signing your form.

Please do not file I-20s or DS-2019s for travel signatures in the box – see below for further instructions.

Withdrawal of documents

Limited document collection times will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Once your document has been processed, an immigration coordinator will send you an email with a link to schedule. Please do not make an appointment until you have received confirmation from an immigration coordinator that your documents are ready.

Delay of treatment

Processing of documents may take up to five business days. Please plan ahead.

Travel signatures

Due to COVID-19, we will issue a new immigration document but will no longer sign current documents. You can request to pick up your documents at the front desk (by appointment only), have them mailed to you via USPS (free of charge) or by express courier with eShip Global visa (additional cost).

Workshops

The Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optical Practical Training (OPT) workshops will be recorded live every month. You can watch the most recent recordings online.
